The Writer's Ink Board meets once a quarter.
Board Duties
The board of directors is ultimately responsible for all the business of Writer's Ink. Membership on the board is limited to twelve according to Writer's Ink bylaws in an attempt to limit bogging down in endless debate. Members of the board are committed not only to the overall creative mission of Writer's Ink but to a clear vision of corporate governance.
Our board is actively seeking individuals who want to be a part of a different kind of non-profit organization, with a fresh 21st century perspective. If you're at least 18 years old and you are ready to be an active member of a board that does more than merely deliberate on policy, but actrively engages in all aspects of corporate affairs to insure our mission is fulfilled - then come join our corporate family.
